  Updating my review. This place is trash, I’d give them zero stars if I could. I experienced nice people, but I’ve never met more money greedy people in my life. They cleaned my ear with salt water and charged me $750. Why even go into a career to help people if you’re just going to charge them every penny they have after?

  I am an international traveler who is visiting the city. Yesterday night I was feeling really bad, I was worried about the symptoms I was feeling, as I didn't have any insurance , I called to this clinic asking the price of a private consultation. The lady who answered me then said $1.000, as in other countries I have visited I usually pay around $100 I asked her to repeat the price again , and she said: that's it $1.000 , welcome to America. What really bothered me was not just the expensive price so see a doctor , but also the reason why I am writing this , was the way the person who answered me, seemed to be so ironic and ruthless. How a person who doesn't demonstrate any compassion and kindness to others can work in a hospital ? I was not expecting any discount , and once again the price was not the point , but I was not expecting a answer like that from a human being. Unfortunately I don't remember her name.

  Mine is a bad then good review, I was not happy with ER intake nurse, she was rude and acted like my Nephew was over reacting to his pain she made him walk which he could hardly do she pushed his head up since he was in a half crunch position to measure him all the while he was crying!! I called to complain no one returned my call ! Everyone there knew how upset i was SINCE HE WAS ADMITTED and had to have emergency surgery for his appendix! I never received a phone call in return to my calls which was sad and really made me mad. On the up side every nurse after intake was very attentive and his surgery nurses were amazing! His care after was outstanding since he was 8 he was spoiled by them

  Had a surgery, everything was perfect! Great service, but response times to things such as bringing pain medicine was a bit slow, but other than that everything was perfect, the doctor was nice & the nurses were very polite & helpful.
